Rates shown are introductory rates that will be honoured
to any confirmed booking should the rates rise later in the season.
Low Season - £795 per week
Mid Season - £895 per week
High Season - £995 per week

Please note that, unlike some other villa rentals, our prices quoted are FULLY INCLUSIVE of ALL taxes, utility bills, and end-of-stay cleaning costs.
A non-refundable deposit of £200 secures your booking, with the balance and a security deposit due 8 weeks before your rental commences
Pool/spa heating, which is recommended between the months of October and April, is a further £15 per day
Stays of 5 nights or less incur a £50 cleaning supplement
We are happy to accept payment in US dollars or sterling by the following methods: personal cheque/check, wire transfer, paypal, money order, or travellers checks. Major credit cards are also accepted, and, along with Paypal transactions, incur a 3.5% surcharge. They are charged in US dollars.
Strictly no smoking is allowed in the villa, and we regret we are unable to accommodate pets
